Nick looks at the stacked boxes in his new place while listening to the ocean waves calling him right outside his door. His trusty board leans against the wall whispering to him. No, I need to start unpacking.
He begins his search for his prized possessions. Ah, here we are. He pulls out his turntable and with swift efficiency sets it up as he has done so many times before. Now, where...he rips open a box. The smell of leather, tobacco, and old books wafts up from his record collection. As he flips through, Jimi, Janis, Floyd, Zep he now feels like he is home.
Where's My Vinyl?
Acrylic paints on stretched canvas. Fully finished with high gloss varnish to protect the painting. The painting is 36 inches tall by 24 inches wide and 1 inch deep.
Plaster is used under the paint to create an interesting texture on the canvas.
For those that know me, I am a hippie at heart. While I love most genres of music, 60s and 70s rock hold special meaning. This was painting while blasting my classic rock playlist.
